Now, most have forgone … More customer service and quality work and don't even consider the customer who was recently in a motor vehicle accident and now has to navigate their unpredictable insurance company, repairs, rental car, work, kids, etc. Ohio law states that you can choose your repair facility, but insurance companies will push the cheapest one on you. It's not worth the stress. Metro Accident Repair Center isn't like that. Melissa and Tracy are compassionate, patient and resourceful. They will deal with your insurance company! It's a certified Toyota and Authorized Lexus repair facility and that's why I went there for my Lexus. The work is OEM (all OEM parts, paint, etc.) and returned to you like it was when you bought it. I would take any brand or model there with complete confidence. I suggest reviewing your auto insurance policy for OEM parts coverage and rental car supplemental insurance (in case your insurance company or its third party adjusters drag out the payment) to make everything go smoother. If you have USAA then I strongly recommend changing your insurance or you'll find out the hard and $ way. Metro Accident Repair Center will repair your vehicle to like new condition with specialty trained workers and you will be treated kindly and assisted throughout the entire process. I'm thankful that I found them and I've taken my Lexus in twice. Why risk it anywhere else and likely end up regretting it. I have no affiliation or allegiance to this facility. It's what you should expect and receive from a repair facility after an accident, but not what you'll get just anywhere your insurance company chooses for you. Good luck -

Metro Accident did a great job on my car. They only use Lexus factory OEM parts, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The staff was friendly, kept me updated, and the car looks brand new. Definitely recommend!
